Distraction
The gradual spreading of the disc space is performed using distractors and distractor sleeves. The patented oval profile of the distractors enables gentle distraction. The various sizes are used in succession until the desired distance between the vertebral bodies is achieved.

Inserters
Using the scale on the inserter, it is possible to see how far the implant has been inserted into the disc space. The scale thus guarantees insertion and fixation of the PLIF cage in a controlled manner. Thanks to this precise and very safe positioning procedure, exposure to X-Ray radiation can be kept to a minimum.
